Jim Plumridge, the owner, has completed 29 years on the Board of Directors for RCABC, and he also chaired RCABC’s Technical Committee for a number of years as well. He was the recipient of the Ken Grant Award (2004) and The Frank Ladner Award (2008) which is a national award from RCABC.  Both these awards are for recognition in performance /Ethics / and Technical Expertise within the Roofing Contractors Association of BC. Jim's knowledge and expertise is respected throughout BC.

Prince Sheet Metal is about safety. All our employees are Red Seal Certified Journeymen, or are apprentices working toward this certification with the Industry Training Authority of BC (ITA). Employees have certification for National Torch Safety / Fall Protection Competency Certification / H2S / PSSP / CSTS - 09 / WHMIS and First Aid Training Level One. We even have a crew that possesses their high-Security Clearance which enables work at CN, Prince George Regional Correctional Facilities, and BC Hydro to name a few. Prince Sheet Metal complies with all WCB Safety Regulations and we have even customized an Occupational Health & Safety Manual which are staff is trained to adhere.
